John has over 19 years senior FMCG marketing experience with Rothmans International & British American Tobacco, where he has consistently delivered significant improvements in business performance. With extensive experience across a wide variety of environments and cultures, including Western & Eastern Europe, Asia & Africa, John has a strong commitment to building brands, expanding business and driving strategic and organisational design changes in the successful pursuit of growth.
Kevin has nearly 25 years corporate experience of delivering outstanding results, managing complex changes to the business environment and developing talented and successful local managers at all levels. With experience gained through Reckitt Benckiser and British American Tobacco in Asia, Europe and Africa, has developed excellent people management skills and an impressive record of creating highly effective relationships with key business partners.
Joyce’s background is in Marketing with over 2 years experience working for P&G Kenya. Her main focus was on brand building and her key skills were utilising research for the benefit of the brand, developing brand messaging and communication, budget management, team collaboration, media planning and project management. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from universities in Scotland, UK. In her role as Marketing Manager, she brings to the team a passion for consumer focus in brand management.
Is a honors graduate with an BSc. In Business Information and Technology (BBIT), Liz started her career with Mastermind Tobacco Ltd. as an IT consultant and social media analyst. Liz is currently utilising her social medial background in her roles as Marketing Operations Executive with a focus on the development of social media and online marketing activities for clients.
Juliet is a recent graduate with a BSc in Disaster Management and International Diplomacy and has a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She has previous experience working as a market researcher for Global Research Insight. She brings her creative and administrative skills to 2020 Marketing as a Marketing Executive Operator
Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Print Media. She previously worked as a social media manager at Ogilvy One Africa for close to 2 years and before that briefly as a news reporter at Nation Newspaper. In her role as an Account Manager, she brings her knowledge and passion for social media and online marketing.
Anyanzwa’s background is in creative and graphic design. He brings a wealth of experience having worked in the industry for over 8 years.
He’s worked for companies like Orange Advertising and Longhorn Publishers, gaining knowledge and understanding of the ever changing creative/graphic design world and its applications from brief, concept development through to implementation.
Holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing. Has advanced in the profession as highly focused and detail-oriented Account Manager with vast experience in campus marketing, BTL communications and campaign development. In His role as Account Manager, McCarios focuses on providing consumer-generated marketing solutions, Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
